Plant-Based Roasted Muesli

Ingredients

  • 50 g barley flakes wholegrain
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 50 g spelt flakes wholegrain
  • 50 g rye flakes
  • 40 g corn flakes sugar-free
  • 30 g quinoa pops
  • 100 g dates pitted
  • 150 g raisins

Instructions

  • Chop the dates in small pieces
  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl, dates included
  • Spread the mix on a baking tray with a baking paper
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes
  • Don't forget to stir 2-3 times so the muesli is baked all over

Notes

Try to chop the dates or any other dried fruit you want to use as small as possible. They will get really crunchy when small.
