Pecan Cherry Granola

  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 80 g raisins
  • 50 g sour cherry dried
  • 50 g quinoa or millet pops
  • 4 tbsp flaxseeds whole or crushed
  • 50 g pecan halves
  • 2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 120 g maple syrup or agave syrup


  • Chop the pecans into smaller pieces
  • Put all the ingredients except the maple syrup in a bowl and mix them very well together
  • Pour the maple syrup into the mix and stir very well
  • Spread the mix on a baking tray with baking paper and bake your granola in a preheated oven for 10 min at 200 °C
  • Don't forget to stir once or twice so it won't burn
