Roasted Muesli
How about a healthy and crunchy muesli to light up your mornings?
This crunchy muesli recipe is so easy to make and you can prepare a whole batch for the upcoming week so you don’t need to spend a lot of time for breakfast prep in the morning. Because there is nothing more satisfying than having breakfast that won’t take up your precious time in the morning!

Sugar-free, oil-free and crunchy
As a bonus, this plant-based muesli is also sugar-free, oil-free and still manages to taste super good! The secret ingredients are dates, so crunchy and sweet, they make this muesli such a delight. There are also lots of different flakes in there to make it even more wholesome.

I encourage you to experiment with this roasted muesli recipe!
Take your favorite flakes or puffed grains and replace them with the ones I used if you don’t like them. You can also replace dates with other dried fruits like apricot, fig or plum. They are kind of important because they add sweetness to this crunchy muesli. Now I almost forgot to mention raisins, I know there are lots of people out there who don’t like them. If that person is you, I give you the permission to use any other kinds of dried fruit 🙂
