- 1 Banana medium size and overripe
- 2 hands full spinach leaves fresh, boiled or frozen
- 6 apricots 1 apricot was about 40 g
- 900 ml water
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds optional
Instead of apricots, you can use peaches or apples
You can always add more water to your smoothie if you think the consistency is too thick
