  • 1 Banana medium size and overripe
  • 2 hands full spinach leaves fresh, boiled or frozen
  • 6 apricots 1 apricot was about 40 g
  • 900 ml water
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds optional


Instead of apricots, you can use peaches or apples
You can always add more water to your smoothie if you think the consistency is too thick
