Make your own chocolate muesli!

  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 50 g puffed millet
  • 50 g puffed quinoa
  • 30 g flaxseeds ground
  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 g dates pitted
  • 80 g raw cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 50 g nuts (almonds, walnuts or hazelnut) ground
  • 50 g coconut blossom sugar or raw cane sugar


  • Cut or chop the dates into small pieces
  • Put all ingredients (including dates) in a bowl and mix them very well together
  • Spread the muesli on two baking sheets lined with baking paper
  • Bake the chocolate muesli in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes. Don't forget to stir (about 1-2 times) so that the muesli doesn't burn!


How big or small you want to chop/cut the dates is entirely up to you. The smaller they are, the more "crunchy" they are baked in the oven.
