Vegan Liptauer Spread
Healthy and vegan spread
cooked and drained
common mustard not too spicy
season to taste
red bell pepper
Put soy curd, white beans, mustard, paprika, caraway, salt and nutritional yeast in one bowl and purée them together
Now chop onions, pepper and pickled cucumber into small pieces and mix them into the spread base
You can either leave the spread that way or you can purée the spread once again to have a smoother texture
Feel free to add more of the condiments if you wish.
If you like to purée the spread a second time you don't need to chop the vegetables into small pieces, just cut them into bigger pieces.
