Super soft and chocolatey
If you might have noticed I really like cakes and chocolate cakes in particular. But to be honest just a “normal” chocolate cake is not always that exciting and satisfying. Sometimes I feel like baking something different and more special. Especially when I expect someone to visit me or I am in charge of baking the birthday cake I want to make something extra.
So I sat down and thought about that certain something I could add to an ordinary chocolate cake.
Finally, I decided that pear and chocolate would make a really yummy combo and tried it out immediately. It turned out soo soft, luscious and delicious that I had to share the recipe with you.
The perfect cake for any occasion
This chocolate pear cake is not only perfect for any occasion like celebrating birthdays but also the ideal dessert for when you are expecting visitors or want to treat your colleagues at work or school. Of course, it is also great to satisfy your sweet tooth that might occur from time to time (at least I often have one, unfortunately 😉 )
Per usual, I tried to keep it as simply and easy as possible. So once again this recipe is a so-called one bowl recipe where you just have to put everything in one bowl give it a good stir and you are ready to go.
As always feel free to take any other kind of sugar, milk or nuts If you have any allergies or simply don’t like it.
